Return Code (RMA)
In order to return a product to HortiMaX, you must obtain a Return Code. This applies to
- Return shipments
- Warranty claims
- Repairs
A Return Code allows HortiMaX to track the returned product during the claim or repair process. Please ensure that you include the Return Code with your return shipment and send the product to our main office in the Netherlands (address below). You will need one code for each product you wish to return. A Return Code remains valid for three weeks, during which time the product should be delivered to
